Arrival and departure: On the day of your arrival, rooms will be ready from 3:00 pm onwards. If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, please let us know in advance. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to check out of your room by around 10:00 am.

1 day = price per person and night incl. gourmet board
1 week = price per person for 7 nights incl. gourmet board

Single occupancy surcharge: If you book a double room for single occupancy, we charge an additional fee, depending on the room category you have booked.

Dogs are welcome (except in the restaurant). As this results in higher cleaning costs, we charge € 23 per day / dog, excluding food. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

CHILDREN’S RATES & HOLIDAYS WITH THE FAMILY

Children up to the age of 3.9 years can stay in their parents’ room at no extra charge;
children between the ages of 4 and 5.9 years are charged € 28 per day in their parents' room incl. ¾ gourmet board;
children between the ages of 6 to 11.9 years are charged € 53 per day in their parents' room incl. ¾ gourmet board;
and children between the ages of 12 to 14.9 years are charged € 68 per day in their parents’ room incl. ¾ gourmet board.

Child discounts apply only with two full-paying adults in the room.

The city tax is € 3.50 per person, per day (does not apply to children under 15).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guidelines for the winter season 2025 & 2026 and summer season 2025 & 2026

We do not charge cancellation fees until 11 days before your arrival.
In case of a cancellation within the last 10 days before the start of your vacation, we charge 90 % of the arrangement price.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100 % of the arrangement price.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
We recommend in any case the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
You can book your summer vacation in the beautiful Kaunertal without any worries.

Regular Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations, late arrivals and early departures the regulations of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
In case of a cancellation between 30 and 8 days before arrival, 70 % of the arrangement price are charged.
In case of a cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival, 90 % of the arrangement price are charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, 100 % of the arrangement price are charged.
