Part of Hotel Weisseespitze, the valley museum offers captivating insights into the way of life and economies of days gone by. The museum showcases exhibits from various eras and different areas of society in the alpine habitat. The private museum is situated on the hotel premises, on the lower ground floor of the campground building.

Stroll through time

In 8 exhibition rooms, visitors can follow the economic rise of the valley communities since the mining era in the 16th century. The exhibition leads visitors from the early days of tourism and the great mountaineering era of the 19th century back to the world of today, conveying much interesting and often local information on the way.
